Bonjour !
My name is Amandine, “Ama- what?? “
Yes, Ah-mon-deen which is like Amanda in French, or at least thats what I tell starbucks baristas. So as you may have assumed, I'm a French native living in the US for the past 5 years. I came to learn English and am currently a full time Psychology Student with a focus in therapy.
I am the creator of MyBowtieBazaar and fur mama to T’Challa, our rescue cat ! I found my passion for creating pet accessories when I began styling bowtie for my kitty cat. All the accessories are handcrafted by myself, with T'Challa sitting on our little desk being a great coworker.
Another major player in the company is my fiancé Steven. Nothing could have been done without his help with running the shop, choosing the best design fabrics for your furry friend and copywriting of most of what is said on our multiple platforms. As a matter of fact, he's already gone over this to make sure I did not make any grammatical mistakes.... come on guys its my second language I m still learning. Anyway, as you can see, we love to travel the word together. We love to discover new cultures and we hope MyBowtieBazaar will travel the world too!
We also give 10% of our proceeds to our local animal rescues and others we follow to help more animals find their forever home.
